После обновления прошивки у 3Com Baseline Switch 2952-SFP Plus в консоли стало появляться сообщение каждые 2 секунды. MSTP_NOTIFIED_TC Instance 0's port GogabitEthernet1/0/1 was notified of a topology change

После исследований выяснилось, что за счет протокола MSTP идет обновление схемы сети для данного коммутатора, другими словами он получает ее от других устройств. Через некоторое время сообщение ушло.
